Leucosia successfully concludes sales of Piazza Afragola Retail Park

Afragola, April 28, 2025 - Leucosia annunces the successful sale of Piazza Afragola Retail Park (NA), a retail asset located approximately 10 km northeast of Naples. The property consists of three buildings with a total gross leasable area of 37,552 sqm and was managed by Leucosia on behalf of an international instituitional investor.

The park hosts a solid tenant mix including JYSK, TEDi OVS SpS, Prenatal, PITTARELLO SpA, Poltronesofà, and Intelligent Store (Piazza Italia SpA), and has been acquired by a local operator.

The asset is located in a densely populated area with over 2 million residents within a 30-minute drive. Accessibility and visibility will be further enhanced by the new Naples-Bari high-speed railway station currentlu under construction within the retail park. The station, just three stops from Napoli Centrale, will serve both regional and long-distance trains, increasing footfall and expanding the catchement area. Completion is expected in 2026 as part of a broader plan to upgrade southern Italy's rail infastructure.
