Leucosia advises on sale of Amadeo 59 office building in Milan, Italy
Milan, August 8, 2017 – Leucosia has advised on the sale of the Amadeo 59 office building in Milan, Italy.
The property was sold by BNP Paribas REIM SGR on behalf of the Opera Fund to a closed-end alternative Italian real estate investment fund managed by Prelios SGR S.p.A.
The recently built property covers over 11,000 square meters and is situated on Via Amadeo 59, Milan. It comprises two interconnected buildings with high-flexibility spaces, high-quality finishes, and services. It is leased to leading companies and is LEED Gold certified. The sale was completed for a price of 33 million euros, plus applicable taxes and legal fees.
Leucosia supervised the asset management and repositioning of the property and successfully concluded the sale on behalf of the institutional investor subscriber of the unit of the Opera fund.
