Leucosia advises on sale of Segreen Business Park in Milan, Italy

Milan, December 21, 2018 - Leucosia has advised on the sale of the Segreen Business Park in Milan, Italy.

Opera fund, managed by Bnp Paribas SGR and subscribed by an institutional investor, has sold Segreen Business Park to Benson Elliot, a UK-based private equity fund manager, as part of its purchase of ER Office Fund 3 managed by Europa Risorse SGR.

Segreen Business Park comprises two class-A office buildings spanning 27,000 square meters and a parking lot with over 900 spaces. The park, located at Via San Bovio 3, boasts LEED Gold and Platinum environmental certifications earned between 2011 and 2013. Multinational companies such as Kraft Heinz, Lenovo, and Zimmer Biomet occupy 90% of the park.

Leucosia supervised on behalf of the institutional investor, the asset management and repositioning of the property and its successful sale.
