Leucosia advises on successful sale of five Cash & Carry properties in Italy leased to Carrefour

Milan, May 12, 2020 - Leucosia provided advisory services to the ReItaly Fund,an Italian real estate fund managed by BNP Paribas REIM Italy SGR S.p.A. and fully subscribed by Apollo Global Management, on the sale of a portfolio of five Cash & Carry properties lease to Carrefour and operated under the Docks brand to the Polvanera Fund.

The Polvanera Fund, an Italian real estate managed by Kryalos SGR and fully subscribed by funds belonging to Hayfin Capital Management, acquired the assets with a total GLA of over 37,000 sqm, located in Piedmont (Turin, Novara, Nichelino (TO), and Burolo (TO)) and Liguria (Vado Ligure (SV)).

Leucosia supported the owner of the assets in managing them, renegotiating the underlying lease with Carrefour prior to the sale, and conducting the sale process.
